Frequently Asked Questions

Our COVID-19 Policy

The safety of our patients and staff is our utmost priority. As Western Australia prepares to face community spread of COVID-19, we have implemented safety measures in our clinics to ensure risk minimisation.

Our staff are fully vaccinated as per WA Government guidelines for healthcare workers. All our equipment is sanitised between patient treatment sessions and at the end of each day.

We ask that all our patients wear appropriately fitted masks when attending our clinics.

If you are unwell, have symptoms (cough, sore throat, runny nose, loss of smell, unexplained fever) or have been deemed a close contact with a known COVID-19 case, we ask that you do not attend your appointment and inform our team as soon as possible so that we can rebook you. We can offer Telehealth for reviews with the psychiatrist.

You may be asked for your vaccination status so that we can protect vulnerable patients.

As the situation develops, we will follow the WA Government guidelines regarding social distancing and public health orders.
