Start a TMS Clinic

Part of our ethos is to make TMS accessible to as many people as possible. We provide our partners with all the logistical support, equipment and training needed to provide TMS to their patients.

We work closely with psychiatrists, pain specialists, GPs, physiotherapists and psychologists. We are privileged to work with some amazing partners across the state.

Attach a TMS Clinic to Your Practice

Operate a top-tier TMS service from your practice or our clinics. Our team will oversee most elements of treatment, administration, and regulatory compliance on you. We make it an all in one package that includes the TMS nurses, admin, machines +/- neuronavigation, protocols and clinical governance structures).

An All-In-One Package

Setting up a TMS clinic can be complex due to regulatory obligations, equipment acquisition, training, staffing, and continuous management – we streamline this process so you can keep your focus on your patients. Our approach has been honed  over years with numerous TMS clinics. You will benefit from thorough onboarding, continuous management, training, and support from a team of clinical and operational professionals with years of TMS experience.

Latest Neurosoft Technology

We employ the most recent TMS equipment supported by research to deliver the best patient results. Our multichannel clinic model simplifies the process and makes patient management easy for you. About Us

Neuralia TMS has established itself as a leader in the provision of TMS services in Western Australia. We utilise both Beam F3 algorithms and MRI-guided Neuronavigation (Brain Science Tools) for utmost accuracy. Our team is skilled in psychiatry, pain management, and rehabilitation. Additionally, Neuralia has joined forces with the Perron Institute of UWA to conduct TMS research.

From its inception, our founding team has built strong connections with a broad spectrum of medical specialists across diverse fields. This collaborative approach has expanded the variety of TMS applications and improved the process of evaluating clinical results.

Our Partners

Initially, Neuralia TMS offered its services in Palmyra, West Leederville, and Albany. However, since late 2021, we have expanded our reach to include an increasing number of locations. We deeply appreciate our strong partnerships with Ramsay Clinic Hospital in Nedlands, Pax Centre in West Leederville, Geographe Clinic in Bunbury and Busselton, and Pioneer Health Medical Centre in Albany.

These collaborations enable us to make TMS accessible to all patients throughout the metropolitan area and beyond. Our commitment to operational efficiency, high-quality clinical care, and individualised service has enabled us to become the first TMS service to operate in regional WA, including Albany, Bunbury, and Busselton.

Our Technology

As a leading TMS provider in WA, we recognise the numerous benefits of this gentle and effective treatment modality. Our goal is to bring these benefits to our patients and optimise their treatment outcomes by focusing on their unique clinical needs.

We strive to provide our partners with multiple options for determining the exact treatment locations. As a result, we offer the option of using TMS machines with and without MRI-guided neuronavigation. If the primary treatment focus is psychiatric conditions, it has been demonstrated multiple times that there is no statistically significant difference (aside from cost) between MRI guidance and Beam F3 measurements for treating depression, as found by Hebel et al in 2021 (

Beam F3 Method

The Beam F3 approach in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a technique used to locate the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), the primary target area for TMS treatment, especially in depression.

The Beam F3 method utilises a mathematical calculation based on the EEG 10-20 system to identify the F3 position, an approximation of the DLPFC location. This method is often used when more advanced imaging techniques, such as MRI-guided neuronavigation, are not available. It’s a simpler, less resource-intensive method, but it may not be as precise as techniques that use neuroimaging.

MRI Guided Neuronavigation

However, those interested in treating conditions such as tinnitus and certain pain conditions may prefer MRI guidance, which offers more precision for conditions that require targeting more uncommon brain regions, such as the auditory cortex.

Our Neursoft MS-D machines integrate seamlessly with Brain Science Tools’ MRI-guided Neuronavigation.

Clinical Governance

We have put in place stringent clinical and corporate governance procedures and protocols based on the current National Models of Clinical Governance Framework (NSQHS Standards 2017) and Safety, Quality Improvement, and Education Standards (RACGP).
